Are you prepared for the unexpected? Take just 30 minutes on date to be determined to make sure your family is protected. An attorney will be on-site at our Davis Drive branch to prepare wills and other estate planning documents for members. A follow-up appointment will be scheduled at your initial meeting. Professional fees will be collected at the close of the first appointment.

| Wills - Basic Package* | $575 for individual, $750 for couples |
| Wills - Premium Package* | $650 for individual, $950 for couples |
| Power of Attorney | $200 for individual, $350 for two |

*Basic Package: Includes one Will, a testamentary trust for the benefit of minors or permanently impaired persons and guardian designation. *Basic Package for couples: Includes two Wills, one for each person, testamentary trust for the benefit of minors of permantely impaired persons. *Premium Package: Includes one Will, one POA (covering both health care and business transactions), one Living Will *Premium Package for couples: Includes two Wills, two POAs (covering both health care and business transactions), two Living Wills. This is the most popular option. A "Special Needs Trust" for a permanently impaired beneficiary can be included wihin a Will if needed for an additional cost which will be quoted separately. |
