This easy-to-use chat portal offers a safe avenue to speak with a member service representative and get online assistance for your financial needs. Get help with your RTP Federal Credit Union accounts, information about our services and products, and answers to your questions from the comfort of your computer.

Accessing Secure Chat

Currently, Secure Chat is only available to members of RTP Federal Credit Union, Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Secure Chat can be found inside your Home Banking account. The chat assistant pop-up will appear.
