Home Banking Quick Start Guide

Login and View Account Information

  • Go online to our homepage at www.rtpfcu.org.
  • Enter your User ID# and PIN in the Account Access area at the top, right-hand corner of your screen and click "Login".
  • From the Account Summary screen, click on an account to view its transaction history.
  • Click on hyperlinked check numbers to view 2-sided check images of cleared checks.

Transfer Money and Make Loan Payments

  • Click "Transfer Funds" at the top of the page.
  • Enter the dollar amount you wish to transfer.
  • Select the account to transfer from.
  • Select the account to transfer to.
  • Click "Transfer Funds" and then "Confirm Transfer".

View Statements Online

  • To enroll in eStatements, click on eStatements in the menu on the left of your screen. Remember, eStatements is a FREE online service. However, if you enroll in eStatements, you will not receive a paper statement in the mail.
  • Select the "Statement Type" you wish to view.
  • Select the month-end date for the desired statement.
  • Click "View Statement".

Pay Bills

  • To enroll in Online Bill Pay, click on Bill Payment in the menu on the left of your screen. Bill Pay is a FREE online service for users enrolled in eStatements. A monthly fee applies for those not enrolled in eStatements.
  • Select "Payee Maintenance" to set up your list of payees.
  • Select "Add a Payment".
  • Choose the date you would like the payment to initiate (it can take up to 5 business days for a payment to complete).
  • Select the payee and the amount for the desired payment and click "Add Payment", OK and then OK again.

Account Export

  • Click "Account Export" at the top of the page.
  • Select the account and date range of the data you wish to export.
  • Select the format (i.e. MS Money, Quicken or .csv file) in which you want the exported file to appear.
  • Click "Download Data" to export and save the file.
